As the Head of Product, you will be accountable for the product vision and roadmap across Sportsbook, PAM and Casino, delivering a successful product solution and attractive ongoing roadmaps to FSB customers. You will manage a team of Product Owners in cross-functional development teams. Additionally, you will work closely with Trading and Risk Management, Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Customer Success, Support and FSB Management, as well as individual FSB partner contacts and stakeholders.

You should have a strong background in Sports betting / iGaming and deep knowledge and understanding of the competitive B2B landscape and the challenges of B2B. You will have experience in Product Management as well as implementing product solutions at small, medium and large-scale customers.

You will have experience of a digital Sports betting environment and must demonstrate knowledge of sports betting globally across key sports and be educated in what makes digital Sportsbooks successful and how effective product management strategies work in driving sports betting revenue.

You will be working as part of the senior leadership team and must combine your first class product management background with a well-rounded understanding of the commercial considerations in operating digital and sports businesses. You will be a first-class presenter and will ensure that our customers as well as the senior leadership team receives detailed and insightful analysis of product status on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving and delivering a product roadmap that puts FSB’s product solution ahead of the market

* Ensuring Partner and Customer satisfaction by delivering ongoing value through the product iterations across multiple development teams

* Ensure successful onboarding of new customers

* Providing the senior leadership team with insight into digital and retail products as well as analytics and competition benchmarking

* Leading Sportsbook/Casino/PAM customer discussions on product priorities in a way that the overall Product Release Roadmap and

* Planning across all customers and teams is safeguarded with minimal bespoke work and maximum re-use

* Working collaboratively with product development and delivery to ensure that the customer proposition is best in class in the market

* Generate a culture within the product team for data-driven insight and analysis

* Provide effective management of the product team, ensuring that decision-making within the team is optimal at all times

* Ensure Product Owners specify initiatives and features in the most optimal way that contributes to product investment and meets customer needs

* Scope definition and successful implementation of Product across Sportsbook, Casino, PAM, Platform and Mobile

* Development and mentorship of the Product team to improve their skills and take them to the next level

* Engaging with key Partners on an ongoing basis regarding product development / features / product support

* The upkeep and communication of Product documentation and Product release documents from the Product Owners to internal and external stakeholders and Partners

* Working closely with Engineering and Delivery teams globally to help ensure the ongoing balance of necessary resource across teams

* Representation of Product at senior level and providing input and insights to all other related departments

Desirable Requirements

* Solid knowledge of the B2B Sports Platform market, regulatory dynamics and sports betting product ecosystem

* Understanding of both FSB and Partner operator’s business drivers and how Product can deliver on both

* Excellent relationship management and ability to communicate and present at senior executive level

* Be commercially experienced and show thorough understanding of what drives specific sportsbook KPIs

* Exceptional background and understanding of sports betting at a global level

* Ability to interact and influence plus ability to handle difficult conversations with internal teams and external Partners over Product, Resourcing, Prioritisation, Delivery and Commercial negotiations

* High attention to detail across multiple areas and process and data driven

* A dynamic leadership figure
