FSB and Rubik team up in progressive new initiative

In an exciting new initiative, FSB have teamed up with Rubik Talent to offer three graduates from underrepresented backgrounds a path into iGaming.

This new partnership will see FSB work closely with talent nurturing organisation Rubik to build an engaging and stimulating technology graduate programme incorporating the likes of Back End Java Development, Front End Web Development (Javascript/React) and Application Support Analysis.Rubik was founded to bridge the digital skills gap by offering opportunity to all regardless of race, nationality, colour or religion and support technology organisations foster a talented, diverse and inclusive workforce.

Ten trainees will take the initial step in the process by engaging in an FSB crafted Java Assessment in July. From there, a final three will be selected in August from the candidate pool and these junior technologists will then be onboarded full-time into FSB the following month for a two year secondment.

Over a 24 month period, these individuals will develop new skills and gain valuable experience at a growth organisation that continues to scale up. At the end of the placement, FSB have the option to convert the consultants into permanent staff.

As FSB continues to grow and scale up over the next year, we’re confident the trainees will find this a hugely rewarding experience.
